CBRE arranges industrial lease for Gordon Logistics

Supply-chain solutions company Gordon Logistics has signed a long-term industrial lease at 180 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison.

The third-party logistics provider servicing the alcoholic beverage and food industries will occupy the majority of the 354,000-square-foot warehouse facility at the property, signing for 269,424 square feet of space.

Scott Belfer, Lou Belfer and Nicholas Nitti of CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of building owner New York Life.
