BINGHAMTON (WBNG) — The City of Binghamton Development Review Services says a proposal to turn a former Warehouse Carpet into a new set of apartments is in review.
The building occupied the Warehouse Carpets company until 2006 when the company moved its business elsewhere.
The building, owned by the AJEM Group, LLC, is located at 92 Glenwood Avenue in Binghamton.
The Development Review Services say the apartment complex would include 14 new units with 19 bedrooms total.
